Scheduling a Consultation
Consultations are available for coaching, speaking engagements, podcasts, panels, conferences, workshops, virtual events, sponsorships, partnerships, and related opportunities.
Scheduling a consultation reserves a conversation time only. It does not confirm or guarantee a professional engagement.
Free Consultations
A free consultation may be canceled or rescheduled using the link in the Calendly confirmation email.
Please make changes as soon as reasonably possible so the appointment time can be made available to another person or organization.
Paid Consultations, Coaching, and Booking Deposits
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and credit eligibility for a paid consultation, coaching service, booking deposit, or professional engagement will be determined by the applicable written agreement.
The agreement may specify:
- Whether payments or deposits are refundable
- Required cancellation notice
- Rescheduling limitations
- Late cancellation or missed appointment terms
- Credit toward a future appointment
- Expiration dates for unused services
- Travel or preparation costs
Customers should review the applicable agreement before submitting payment.
Late Arrivals
If a customer arrives late, the appointment may still end at its originally scheduled time to protect the next appointment.
A late arrival does not automatically qualify for additional time, a partial refund, or a credit.
Missed Appointments
A customer who misses a free consultation may submit a new scheduling request based on current availability.
The treatment of a missed paid appointment will be determined by the applicable written agreement.
Professional Engagement Approval
A consultation provides an opportunity to discuss the proposed engagement and determine whether it is mutually aligned.
An engagement is confirmed only after the applicable scope, date, expectations, compensation, travel requirements, deliverables, and other terms are agreed to in writing.
Changes Initiated by La Kesha Monet
If La Kesha Monet must reschedule a consultation or paid appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and offer another available time.
Any additional refund or credit rights will be determined by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
