By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, placing an order, purchasing a ticket, accessing a digital product, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and order information.
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, service fees, or other costs will be displayed before an order is completed when required.
Payment is due at checkout unless a separate written agreement provides another payment schedule.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or refund an order when we reasonably believe it resulted from an error, unauthorized activity, fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, event cancellation, or another legitimate business reason.
BOOKING DEPOSITS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Payments for coaching, speaking engagements, workshops, partnerships, sponsorships, or other professional services may include deposits, installment payments, or full payment.
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and credit eligibility for a paid service will be determined by the written proposal, invoice, service agreement, speaker agreement, coaching agreement, sponsorship agreement, or contract applicable to that service.
Customers should review and accept the applicable written terms before submitting payment.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or paying a consultation fee does not automatically confirm a speaking engagement, coaching relationship, partnership, sponsorship, workshop, or other professional engagement unless written confirmation is provided.
COACHING AND FAITH-CENTERED CONTENT
Coaching services, educational materials, Biblical encouragement, and faith-centered content are intended for personal development, spiritual encouragement, professional planning, and informational purposes.
They are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or services provided by another licensed professional.
No specific personal, spiritual, professional, business, financial, relationship, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
EVENT TICKETS
Event-ticket purchases are subject to the event description, eligibility requirements, attendance instructions, and refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless an event listing states otherwise, refund requests must be received at least seven full calendar days before the event’s scheduled start time.
Requests received fewer than seven calendar days before the event, and requests submitted after the event, are nonrefundable.
Admission may be refused for disruptive, threatening, unlawful, unsafe, or abusive conduct. A refund is not guaranteed when admission is refused because of a customer’s conduct.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products are sold as final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, formats, colors, and other details before completing a purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact bookings@lakeshamonet.com within seven calendar days of delivery.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, downloads, workbooks, recordings, templates, courses, and other electronically delivered materials are final sale.
Purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the material for its intended purpose.
Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, uploaded, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, supply interruptions, incorrect addresses, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, website copy, graphics, photographs, videos, presentations, event materials, coaching resources, digital products, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to La Kesha Monet.
This content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, published, resold, or commercially used without prior written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Calendly, Google, social-media platforms, event platforms, shipping carriers, and payment processors.
